Mall Buddy uses the mall’s directory and destination content to support discovery, then connects a selected destination with Naviga8’s AR navigation experience.

“Where can I take the kids for lunch?” A useful response helps the shopper explore family-friendly dining options in that mall. “Where can I find trainers?” can lead to relevant retailers. “How do I get to the cinema?” connects a known destination with the next step of the journey. A mall concierge is only useful when it knows the mall. Tenant and destination information provide the foundation for Mall Buddy. Content is prepared and verified as part of the property setup.
